It is strictly forbidden to enter our property from Stage1hydrotherapy car park to Ultimutt Freedom Dog Park on foot.
Stage1hydrotherapy and beyond, is PRIVATE PROPERTY. We have our own dogs that may be loose in their own paddock that would get very stressed by people and their dogs walking to the exercise field. Many dogs that use our facility are sensitive to other dogs in their vicinity, so in order to reduce their stress and maximise positivity, vehicular entry is the ONLY way to access our field. This rule is strictly upheld.
Any person seen walking in any other area other than the Ultimutt Freedom Dog Park will be banned from further use without question.
If you arrive before your allotted time, we respectfully request you find somewhere suitable to pull in and wait BEFORE you enter the property. Please do not proceed onto the property and the field until 5 minutes before your time of you booking. Please bear in mind that Battery Mill Lane is a Private Lane and parking is not permissible along its entirety.
Parking at Stage1hydrotherapy carpark is prohibited at any time and may result in a parking fine.
Vehicles are not permitted entry to the property under any circumstances whatsoever without a field booking and/or additional vehicle charge paid.
Dogs must not be allowed out of your vehicle until the previous user has safely vacated the facility and you have driven into the field with the gate fully shut and secured behind you.
All dogs must be loaded back into your vehicle by the end of the booked time to ensure the next booking can start on time without delay.
You are not permitted to enter the field before your allocated time, even if you believe the field to be empty, as we may be making checks on the facility between customers.
Field users must clean up after their dogs and take all dog waste and rubbish away with them. Failure to do this could lead to you being banned from further use.
If a field user arrives late, bookings cannot be extended. You must still vacate the field on time.
Please do not turn your vehicle around in the field. Use the hard standing only and reverse out or in.
